John Daughters is a speaker and entertainer who is focused on increasing organizational productivity and personal performance. He has spent twenty years in the trenches with labor unions and corporate management dealing with growth and downsizing, tight budgets, sales and marketing and contract negotiations. His motivational techniques and common sense have proven invaluable in dealing with employees who are overstressed and under-motivated.
John has worked with professional and amateur athletes to improve sports performance and has written three books on hypnotic change and motivation. In addition he has developed powerful and effective techniques to create personal change in the areas of weight loss and stopping smoking.

John is a graduate of the University of Utah, has a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Southern California and has two years towards a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. He has also been an adjunct instructor in psychology at Chaminade University in Hawaii. John’s greatest satisfaction is helping people achieve personal growth, and life satisfaction in their corporate and individual lives.
